Custom Golf Course Accessories

Tee markers are quick to get noticed and I know that I frown when I see a plastic ball or something that just doesn’t say that the superintendent was being thoughtful about the tee box. Through the years I’ve had the pleasure of talking to thousands of passionate superintendents and golf professional. They are the ones that make their course extra special and give more value to the members.
These tee markers (below) are a customer-led design from Cimarron Hills Golf & CC in Georgetown, Texas. Split tees can be so hard finding what to do with them on the tee box. Here’s what our customer thought of. Just a note, I think it’s so amazing that customers can pitch their own idea and get it made with us in our customer shop here. You just don’t get that everywhere, you know?!
Notice how these Indianapolis Colts tee markers are this awesome muted colors. This was done on purpose to make our 90% gloss powders muted like the customer wanted. This is a private course, so that’s all the details that I can give (:
Many courses are going away from identifying the tees with colors and are doing numbers and roman numerals. Well, numbers aren’t always easy to see and let’s be honest, not everyone knows their roman numerals (really, it comes up). So Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club decided to use 1 thru 4 of their leaf logo so it’d be easy to know where to tee off. GENIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We love Toscana Country Club and it was great doing the sales process thru text messaging! Yes, we will communicate however it works best for you. I love how their split tees look a nd their singles tees. This is such an elegant presenation.
We’ve done the tee markers for several of the Desert Mountain courses, but the Seven Course stands apart with their tee markers being this angled flag. They’re doing number system as well, but with their own unique spin. Love it!!

The Summer of 2020 might not be the time that your club is wanting to update the entire driving range, especially if you are in the North or East Coast. But you still need things… COVID-19 did not change the fact that your recycled plastic bag stands aren’t holding up to the weather and need to be replaced badly…
It’s a good idea to write down EVERYTHING that needs to be updated on the course and the range on a piece of paper. Then prioritize it and write a new list for 2020 with the ‘must haves’ and then the ‘would like to haves’ for 2021. This advice could really apply to personal life as well as a way of cutting spending and focusing on what matters most in life instead of the distractions…
At RHI Golf we’re seeing that many projects are being done in multiple steps. For example, some of our clients are ordering bags stands only instead of the range dividers, club cleaners, ball crates, etc. Or maybe all of the signage needs to be updated, but for now the most important thing is to get signs out there so people aren’t riding their rvs or walking their dogs where they potentially could be hit by golf balls, so a partial signage order is placed with the intention that more signs will be ordered in the near future. There are still full range orders being placed and capital funds are being released more and more. But don’t stress if there’s pressure to keep spending to a minimum. So start with the essentials and go from there. Not everything has to be done all at once. Breathe. You got this.
Here’s a look at some of the driving range & course supplies that have been going out our doors lately.
This is the mini-cart that we made for Tributary Club in Driggs, Idaho. Usually we made large carts, but sometimes a little smaller is just right!!
Range Dividers for Lubbock Country Club. We also made bag stands and trash can enclosures for them, but with their tree logo. For the dividers, we wanted to mix it up a little.
These are the clean & simple yardage markers that we made for Soule Park Golf Course in California.
At Champions Retreat we made them 5 sets of tee markers for their course in Georgia. The tee markers are naturally rusted steel with a low-gloss clear coat over the logos’ powder coat. They’re going for a low-key rustic look. Accomplished!!!
We did a few essential signs for Blackstone Country Club.
As states start to re-open, tournaments are going back on the calender (below are a few trophies).

The 1st photo that we’re sharing are tournament tee markers for a private event called the ‘Double Eagle’. Didn’t it turn out nice?!
One of our most popular styles is the 1-layer tee marker with a stake. We did this for Omni Barton Creek and Yocha Dehe.
For Baton Rogue Country Club, we attached a border on both sides to indicate the tee color. The tee color is easy to see from the cart path, but doesn’t scream at you.
We’re a custom shop, so we flexed our fabricating skills with the tee markers for Encanterra. Isn’t this a cool design?
This is the tournament tee marker that we did for the Women’s Golf at Stanford University.
Below is a number tee marker that we made for Bobby Jones Golf Course. Clean & simple.
Last but not least, are the tee markers that we made for Calabasas Country Club. If you’re noticing that this isn’t their logo, we have an easy answer; Calabasas is a Spanish word for ‘pumpkin’ . Logos are great, but this is fun and unique to their club. Since the markers are 1 layer, they are easy to take care of, too.

We’re excited to share with you the Frost Creek tee markers. We made the tee markers in the shape of their logo and it gives a unique look.
On these we painted the screws for a clean look.
Next are the tee markers that we made for Old Elm Club and Woodland Country Club.
PGA West ordered 2 sets to start of these tee markers and liked them so much that they ordered 2 additional sets this week.
Here are a few other tee markers that we made for our amazing clients!
Here’s the canoe tee marker that we made recently for The River Club in Georgia. It’s hard to tell in the photo, but it’s a 3D tee marker.
We’ve waited awhile to show you the tee markers that we made for Broadmoor. Love the gate tee markers!
Thanks for reading our blog posts!!!

Most courses want their logo on all of their tee markers. The Crosby chose to have their logo on their forward tees and then the rest of the tee markers embrace the music theme at the club. All of the markers are powder coated brown -BR47 for a consistent look. The music notes indicate the tee color so that the color is noticeable, but not obnoxious.
Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club have done tee markers for years from us. This year they decided to switch to circle tee markers that stake into the ground. These markers are double sided and we’ve inset their logo.
Below are the extra tee markers that we made for Westwood’s board members.
The Pines Country Club chose to highlight their established date on their tee markers. It’s a clean and minimalist way to brand their markers.
Below are the tournament tee markers that we made for Cal State and Arizona University.

What’s unique about the Rams Hill Golf Club (in Borrego Springs, California0 project is the teak paneled look that we’ve done on most of their products. It gives a ‘wood-look’, but without the commitment of sealing and staining.. We used a beautiful powder coat called Copper Vein..
Next is the Twin Dolphins project. They’re a new high-end course in Mexico that’s opening. We made their driving range accessories and tee markers. We designed a new bag stand that we’ll show off here in the next few weeks. Notice on their products how all logos and numerals are either flush mounted or inset, which creates a beautiful look.

Our big project this week was producing the double sided tee markers for Kissing Tree Golf Club in San Marcos, Texas. The multi-layered design gives these markers dimension, but since we use aluminum, they’re fairly lightweight.
Next, are the in-ground yardage markers that we made for TPC Colorado.
We built directional signage for TPC Colorado, too. Their wildlife sign and stop signs turned out nice!
Also, this week we made bag stands for Silo Ridge, Keystone Ranch and Bel Aire Country Club.
The other driving range accessories that went out this week are range dividers for The Country Club of the North, and then divot mix boxes for Hayden Country Club. Hayden CC is the home course of RHI Golf’s CEO, Reid Hatley.
Summer is always filled with trophies. Here’s what the rhi crew has created this week. You can tell that our clients are diverse in what they want to give out as prizes.
Thanks for reading our blog. We hope you gained inspiration from it for your next project!
