TEE MARKER BLOG: Invest in greatness!

July 20, 2018 by Joy Ball

When investing in tee markers, it’s important to look at durability and if there’s any maintenance involved. We design your tee markers to last about 10 years depending on how they’re taken care of. The powder coating that we use on the metal makes the markers really protects them from getting scratched and holds up well in the sun.

Our big project this week was producing the double sided tee markers for Kissing Tree Golf Club in San Marcos, Texas. The multi-layered design gives these markers dimension, but since we use aluminum, they’re fairly lightweight.

Next, are the in-ground yardage markers that we made for TPC Colorado.

We built directional signage for TPC Colorado, too. Their wildlife sign and stop signs turned out nice!

Also, this week we made bag stands for Silo Ridge, Keystone Ranch and Bel Aire Country Club.

The other driving range accessories that went out this week are range dividers for The Country Club of the North, and then divot mix boxes for Hayden Country Club. Hayden CC is the home course of RHI Golf’s CEO, Reid Hatley.

Summer is always filled with trophies. Here’s what the rhi crew has created this week. You can tell that our clients are diverse in what they want to give out as prizes.

Thanks for reading our blog. We hope you gained inspiration from it for your next project!

Blog: Tee Markers & Tournament Supplies

July 2, 2018 by Joy Ball

Let’s start today’s blog with tee markers. We make custom markers for everyday use, and ones specifically for tournaments. We made four sets for Menlo Country Club, and sets for TPC Colorado. We also made markers for the Illinois Junior Golf Association, and Siox Falls Men’s Golf Club. We also sent demo tee markers for Westwood Golf Club in Texas (they went with the black/white version).

Tournament Supplies —

Here’s the tournament cases that we made for a few of our clients. The red one (Essex Country Club) is our new small starters box that we’re making now.

Below are the proximity markers that we sent out.

Here’s a peak at some of the trophies that we’ve made lately.

We’ve asked quite a bit lately for these custom barrel trophies. It’s such a nice award to win and fits the wine theme for some of our vineyard area courses.

Below are the plaques that we made for a local course, Gozzer Ranch. The lake is our Lake Coeur d’alene.

Here’s a couple of perpetual boards that we’ve done recently.

That’s all for this week’s blog!

June Trophy Blog

Picking a Theme for your Tournament Awards

We are in the heat of trophy season with production being dominated my tournament deadlines. It’s like Santa’s workshop here, but for awards! Here’s a look at some of the trophies that have gone out recently. You’ll notice that some are very different from each other, even when for the same club. That’s because our sales team works with our clients to create unique trophies that you couldn’t get anywhere else which further brands the tournament

Here’s THE GUSHER trophies for Shawnee Country Club. They had an oil theme going with this event.

Whipporwill has been orders trophies for their Steamshovel Invitational for several years now from us. Each year we try to do something fresh with the design.

Champions Retreat did a re-order of their Member-Guest trophies. The trophy them on these was location specific with the state of Georgia for the flight winners, and then a specific tree at their club for the overall champions.

Schaffer’s Mill did a logo trophy for their Men’s Champions Making the logo as the focal point of the trophy is good for branding and just looks good.

The Bridges did their Chianti trophies with us. You can guess why their trophy theme was a bridge…

Bob O’link Golf Course booked several trophy orders from us. Their Member-Guest is logo themed and then their Harvest Home trophy for fall time as an apple theme (harvesting apples).

Squire Creek wanted to use their tournament logo as the main theme, but also their club logo on the base.

Sonnenalp Club did a shootout trophy with a cutout of a gun and then their logo. We also drilled ‘bullet holes’ into the base.

The River Club wanted to do a water themed trophy, so they picked a canoe. The champions earned canoes, and the flight winners earned paddles.

Here’s a plaque that we did for a local charity, Idaho Youth Ranch.

Windsong Farms used their tournament logo for their champion awards.

Spurwing did a re-order of their derby and Wing Ding Classic trophies this year.

We will have more photos to share soon! If you want to book your next trophy order with us, please let us know. Thanks!
